Bidewells Norfolk Food Festival - Top notch dining at City College Norwich

The following events are currently planned for this years’ food festival:

Thursday 17th September
Dinner with Albert Roux In associations with Roux Fine Dining and Reeds of Norwich.
Debut Restaurant. 7.00pm start.
Cost £25.00.

Sunday 20th September
The Big Sunday Roast
Enjoy a family style lunch at The Hotel School.
Debut Restaurant. 12.00noon for 12.30pm.
Cost £21.00.

Monday 21st September
Cooking with Chocolate
Demonstration and tasting of hand made chocolates and chocolate puddings with Julia Hetherington from Lavender House Restaurant.
Delia Smith Theatre at The Hotel School. Arrive 6.00pm for nibbles. Demonstration from 6.30pm.
Cost £10.00.

Wednesday 23rd September
Dinner in the style of Broad House.
Chef Andy Parle will design a menu and work with students.
Debut Restaurant. Demonstration from 6.30pm followed by dinner.
Cost £25.00.

Food festival 2009

Saturday 26th September
Master class by Franck Pontais
“The life style and our love affair with food in France is something I truly miss living in England. On the weekend, my mother would arrange big family parties where we sat for hours eating (and drinking!) In this master class I will share with you some recipes for easy entertaining so that you can enjoy time with your guests rather that stressed out in the kitchen.” Terrines and verrines, selection of dishes to entertain your friends with.
Debut Restaurant. A full day from 10.00am-4.00pm.
Cost £70.00 including lunch and goodies to take home.

Moveable Feast At the Debut Restaurant.

Wednesday 30th September
Wine and Dine
The Great Norfolk Menu, development of local dishes with wines matched from Premier Wines of Norwich.
Debut Restaurant. 7.00pm start.
Cost £35.00 inclusive of wines.

Dinner with Brasteds
Fine dining event with Nick and Buzz directing students in the Debut Restaurant.
Debut Restaurant. 7.00pm start.
